My mom was in a severe auto accident that nearly killed her. I used Helichrysum because I had too much iron in my system, I was told to massage it into my liver region, I used several drops with jojoba oil, or nsp’s massage oil, also almond, or other oil that is easily absorbed.I usually also added Natures Fresh to drive it in.
