I have a client with hormone-induced headaches. She is on Feverfew conc. & takesFCS II prior to her menses. This has balanced her quite well. I have also heard that HY C is sometimes helpful for hormonal induced headaches.

Were you aware that you can perhaps prevent insect bites and bee stings. Takingthe herb “Feverfew” (widely known for migraine headaches) before goingoutside where exposure possibilities are common. The way it works is
this Feverfew will emit an odor (only detected by the insects, spiders
and bees, etc.) that is offensive so they will steer clear of you.
My son and I are both allergic to bee stings and even a sweat bee
will cause a mild reaction sometimes. So anytime that we will be outside
for an extended time, where sweating will be indicated, we use this
wonderful herb. I use 2 of the concentrated capsules, and my 9 year old
son uses 1 of them. This protection lasts somewhere around 4 hours
normally. I would think that the length of time you are protected may be
dependant upon your individual body chemistry. I hope that this information will be useful to you.
